Medical Entity Extraction with Schema Alignment (MESA)

Leading on the secure deployment of Large Language Model (LLM) technology that converts unstructured clinical documents into analysable data at scale. This represents one of the largest deployments of this technology in the health service. In parallel, developing training, deployment and inference pipelines to support this work. Example models include GenoLlama (genomic biomarkers) and OncoLlama (cancer).
